Roy Norris has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in business risk management for professionals and SMEs. Based in Auckland, he provides solutions such as shareholder buy-sell agreements, key person protection, ACC, and health cover.

Roy began his career with Old Mutual PLC in South Africa and later managed one of their largest branches in Johannesburg. After immigrating to New Zealand in 2001, he held senior roles at Fidelity Life Assurance, including Head of Distribution.

In 2012, Roy founded R&G Consultants Ltd., where he serves as the principal insurance broker.
